Maki lives in an old apartment with her thug husband who doesn't work. Maki was unable to hate her husband and devoted herself to him as he took away the living expenses she earned through her part-time job. One day, Maki happens to meet Hanaoka, her husband's friend and former crush, who lives in the apartment across the street. The three of them meet again and talk about old stories, but after that, Hanaoka learns of her husband's domineering towards Maki, and in an attempt to save her, she grabs Maki's hand and takes her out of the room...
