Moriyama, secretary to politician Ninomiya, asks for permission to date Ninomiya’s cherished adult daughter Sayuki, but is dismissed as a mere secretary unworthy of her. Realizing he cannot win by conventional means, Moriyama seeks help from Sano, an information broker who handles covert political schemes. Together they devise a plan to break Sayuki and turn her into a slave.
