A bus jack incident occurred on a local bus. The perpetrator took the passengers hostage and sieges. There, Kizaki is a negotiator from the Special Crime Investigation Division. He tries to persuade the perpetrator to solve the case, but the hostages are accompanied by a prison escapee who happens to be wanted and a man who murdered his wife and his cheating partner, making it extremely difficult to solve the case.
