The Black Magic Ward, created by a cult director known for pushing the boundaries of fetish porn, is finally unleashed. The setting is a sinister hospital filled with people consumed by madness. Mizuho Nishiyama plays an ordinary adult student who wanders inside and faces a series of terrifying encounters: a naked man attacks her on the way to the bathroom, a woman's moans echo through the halls, and men and women lustfully devour one another in an occult ritual. Mizuho begs a doctor to let her go home, only to have her body molested instead. After she is injected and forcibly admitted, what fate awaits her...? To be continued.
