This live-action adaptation collects both installments of Towelket's hit doujin comic I Finally Got My First Girlfriend, along with the epilogue After the Graduation Ceremony. In an adult school role-play, the protagonist works up the courage to confess to fellow library committee member Aizawa and they begin dating. His happiness is short-lived: the once-kind adult childhood friend he calls Miki-neesan suddenly changes and takes his virginity. Though tormented by guilt over cheating on his new girlfriend, he gradually falls prey to Miki's seduction. When Aizawa catches them having sex in the library, one unexpected remark from her sends all three relationships spiraling in a shocking new direction.
