Suzu's husband was kind when they first married, but their relationship has since grown cold. Hoping to repair their marriage, she arranges a trip to a hot-spring resort, only for him to remain buried in work and neglect her. Lonely and dejected, Suzu is touched by the kindness of Koyama, a man she meets by chance during the trip. She gets swept up in the moment and sleeps with him. Although guilt torments her afterward, her body still trembles with a pleasure her husband could never make her feel.
