With their wedding anniversary approaching, a wife visits a neighborhood couples spa at her devoted husband’s suggestion. A female attendant takes care of him while a male therapist named Shimizu handles her. The massage seems perfectly normal until she lies on her back and Shimizu reveals his true intentions. Beside her sleeping husband, he folds her legs back over her head and begins a degrading “treatment” in a position even her husband has never seen.
