Several weeks have passed since Akane Misaki and Ken Hazama ended the shared living arrangement caused by their landlord’s contract mistake. They rarely see each other now. Although Akane has settled into school life and living alone, loneliness still weighs on her, while Ken finds his quiet room strangely empty without her. Akane eventually visits and earnestly asks to stay with him again. Surprised at first, Ken readily agrees, then asks her for a kiss after their long time apart.
