The first OVA adaptation of Ributsu's adult uniform role-play comic collects three stories. In “Cosplay, Camera, and Sex,” adult drama-club member Katayama bonds with senior Nishida over costume design, receives revealing costume photos, and is invited home for an erotic photo shoot that leads to sex; an after-story is also included. In “I Can Hear You, Council President,” adult council member Uchino joins to get closer to admired president Megumi Hokura, then grows increasingly distracted by movements that look like masturbation until dropped papers expose the lewd scene before him. The production uses in-motion technology to recreate the comic's distinctive world.
